Positive: The 2 guys on Reception were exceptional and went the extra mile to my needs.
Negative: The only criticism was the aircon unit although it was set at 30 degees it was not warm in the room especially as it was the Winter time, however, it was mentioned that this was the first Winter the hotel was open and changes will be made for next year.
Summary: Excellent stay, highly recommend & will stay again when next in Antalya! Thank you! 😀😀

Positive: The owner and staff are very nice. There are issues like sewage smell from one of the washrooms during rainy season. We could put up with it since we were out most of the times and kept the bathroom door locked when we were there. Antalya uses solar energy for heating water. So during winter you should just ask the staff or the owner. They start the electric heater. They arranged our breakfast every night since we left before their breakfast time every morning. The room was cleaned after 2 days of stay. We all felt that Rega Otel is pretty nice for the price you pay. If you face any kind of issue all you need to do is ask the owner.
Negative: The sewage smell from the toilet in one of the washrooms. Maybe not something they can control. The receptionist did offer giving something to get rid of the smell but he forgot and so did we.

Positive: Location was really good and the stuff was really friendly.
Negative: The pictures don't give back the reality. The toilet is built-in with the shower cabin. I have nere seen such a combo. The bathroom is really tiny and not clean at all, especially around the toilet. The showerhad was broken and the water sprinkled everywhere and on the bathroom ceiling had some leaks which were filled by toilet paper. I really don't know why this weird bathroom was built because there is an empty space behind the bathroom which was used only for drying the clothes.
